Template based for easy customization. Make it look just like your site. You create the template with your favorite HTML editor. Within the template, you define one simple variable where you want to insert the output. Our demo demonstrates how it can look just like your site.

Numerous Question Formats
Define the format of the question. It can be multiple choice, true/false, text entry, text box, checkbox, or radio button.  Just define the type, the question, and the answer. If using the multiple choice, you must also define the alternate choices. Multiple choices can be randomly shuffled or listed in the order in which you listed them.  It doesn't get any easier.

Simple Navigation
Easy to follow navigation which can be enabled or disabled.

Start Dates
You can setup your events ahead of time and have them start automatically on a specified date. If they have not started yet, they will show up in a section labeled "coming".

Expiration Dates
Events will auto-expire according to specified date. The expiration date is displayed for each of your events.  You can also set this for no expiration or for an unknown expiration date. It's all up to you.

Bar Graphs
Visual display of totals. You can define the color of the bar graph from a predefined list of colors or you can use a customized image for the bar graph for. Script Administrator can define a custom image to be used for all events.

Entry Periodicity
Set the event to allow visitors to enter daily, one-time only, every so many days, or as many times as they want.

Use Script Generated or Your Own Pages
Let the script automatically generate the pages or use your own. Including:

Duplicate Entry Scanning
The script can scan for duplicate entries based on IP address.

Entrant Banning
The script can prevent specific entry submissions based on IP address, email address and/or phone number.  The banned list is easily modified online using the admin screens.

Admin Email Address
Easily define a separate event administrator email address for each event.

View Entries and Answers
You can view all entries and answers through the administration screens.

View or Show Totals
View all totals for answers, including percentages. If you choose, you can also allow all visitor to view the totals after submission.

Event Entry Form Header and Footer
Each event entry form can have it's own header and footer for displaying any additional information you would like. Fully HTML capable.

Demographic Information Collection
You can choose to collect demographic information such as name, email. phone number, address, and comments. In addition, you can use questions to collect additional information. At any time you can export this information in a variety of formats for use with other programs.

Define your own table colors, font style, font color, and font size.

Powerful Language Translations
Administrators can translate all the screens viewed by visitors into any language right online themselves. And then switch between the translations at any time.

Language Selections
Option to allow the visitors to be able to switch to a different translated language at any time. This feature can also be disabled for all or enabled for all.

User ID's
Allows the program to be used by any number of individuals. Great for ISP's or hosting services who want to make the script available for use by all of their clients. Each user will have their own directory for storing all their own events. They will be able to administer all of their events personally.  You just setup a new ID and they do the rest.

Hint/More Info Links
Each question can include a customized icon for a link which can send the visitor to a hint or more information for that question.

Customized Images
You can use your own customized image for the submit button as well as the Hint Link icon mentioned above.

Shutoff All Events
All events can be temporarily shut off.  This can be done by the event administrator when working on events or for whatever reason they choose. It can also be done by the script administrator for maintenance and upgrades or for whatever reason they choose.

Shutoff Individual Events
You can shutoff each event separately.

Submission Restrictions
Prevent submissions from outside sources.  Entries are only allowed from your server.

Additional Duplicate Entry Scanning
The professional version can also scan for duplicate entries based Member ID, email address, phone number and also through the use of cookies.  You can use any combination of these. For maximum protection, all of them.

User Uploads
Each user an be allowed to upload files to their user account. 

Cookies
Use of cookies to store visitor information so they don't have to fill the information in every time.   If their cookies are turned on, the fields which they have filled out in the past will be filled in automatically. Cookies can also be used to scan for duplicate entries.

Number of Winners
Define any number of winners.

Automatic Winner Selection
Winners are automatically picked at random once the event expires. The script will even prevent duplicate winners.

Choose Who Can Win
Allow all entries or only correct entries to win.

Show Winners on Expire
Option to allow the winners to be automatically shown on event expiration and selection.

Email Administrator
Option to email event administrator on every entry.

Email Entry Confirmation
Option to email the entrant a confirmation email.  This message can be fully customized.

Post Entry Check for Correct/Incorrect
You can define the correct answers after an event has expired and then scan for correct/incorrect entries. This can be used for event in which you will not know the correct answers until after the event has expired.

Mailing Lists
Option to allow the visitor to submit themselves to be added to a mailing list for notification of future events and updates. The program can generate a number of different mailing formats.

Additional Require Information
You can require entries for any of the demographic information which you want to collect as well as requiring answers to any and all questions.

Additional Customization
If using ID's, you can allow each user to have their own templates for events, or you can use a single master template for every event.
