eSupportDB 2000 Manager When the question is logged
into the WIP knowledgebase it immediately appears on your Service Administrator's screen. If your system has the optional Retrieval module, Manager will attach possible answers to the question. At anytime anyone
working on the problem can display these possible solutions. Manager
allows the administrator to see the status of everything! He can view them in a variety of fashions By date & time, By type of Query, By product. He can see the members of the support staff currently working and see what they are working on. A series of bar graphs make it obvious how long any question has been "in house".
The Administrator then uses Manager
to assign work to the appropriate staff member. Instantly the question disappears from the Administrator's screen and appears on the support staff member's screen. Manager tracks the status of all work and provides a number of online productivity reports.
