eSupportDB 2000 Info-Request

If your customer cannot find the answer to their question through Info-Query they are passed on to the Info-Request part of the system. Here you can obtain whatever information you need to allow you  service your customer better. Your customer simply fills out a basic form.

Once the question is received, a tracking number is assigned and the problem is entered into the "Work-in-Process" (WIP) knowledgebase. The WIP knowledgebase is the complete repository of all questions and answers that have been processed by eSupportDB 2000. At any time you can take one of these entries and publish it to the "Public" knowledgebase. The Information in the WIP knowledgebase is only available to your staff members.

When the question is entered into the system an email is sent to the customer giving them the tracking number of this question  and the URL address of the "Question's Working Status" document. The "Working Status" document allows the customer to see the status of their question at all times. What more in "Customer Care" can you provide? Think of the calls you won't get from customers who want to know what's happening!
